Description
Indications
Used to lower high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. It is normally used together with other medicines for high blood pressure. This medicine works by widening the blood vessels so that blood passes through them more easily. This helps to lower blood pressure.
Dosage
Initially, 50-100 mcg tid, gradually increased every 2nd or 3rd day according to response.
Administration
Administer with or without food.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to trimetazidine or any component of the formulation. Refer to manufacturer labeling for further detail.
Common side-effects
Severe bradyarrhythmia secondary to 2nd- or 3rd-degree AV block or sick sinus syndrome. Epidural administration: Inj site infection, concomitant anticoagulant therapy, bleeding diathesis, administration above the C4 dermatome.

Store between 20-25°C. Protect from light.
