Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our e-commerce platform (“Platform”) operated by MedsGo Trading OPC, a company registered in the Philippines (“MedsGo”). By using the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

User Accounts

1.1 In order to use the Platform, you must register for an account by providing your personal information, including your name, email address, address, and phone number.

1.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.

1.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without notice for any reason, including for violation of these Terms.

Products and Services

2.1 The Platform offers various products and services for purchase from third-party sellers (“Sellers”).

2.2 We do not own, sell or control any of the products or services offered on the Platform, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of such products or services.

2.3 All transactions and communications between you and the Sellers are solely between you and the Seller. We are not a party to such transactions or communications and we do not provide any guarantee or warranty for any products or services offered on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

3.1 The Platform and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of MedsGo or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright laws.

3.2 You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

4.1 You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Platform.

4.2 You agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm the reputation of MedsGo the Platform, including but not limited to posting false or defamatory reviews, ratings, or comments.

4.3 You agree not to use any automated means, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access the Platform or collect data from the Platform.

Privacy

5.1 We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

6.1 The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6.2 We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the servers that make the Platform available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

6.3 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
