Indications
NSAID-associated ulceration; Peptic ulcer; GERD; H. pylori eradication; Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Dosage
Adult: 20 mg once daily for 4-8 weeks, may increase to 40 mg once daily if needed. Maintenance therapy (prevention of ulcer relapse): 20 mg once daily, may increase to 40 mg once daily if needed.
Administration
Administer 30-60 minutes before a meal.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to omeprazole or any component of the formulation. Refer to manufacturer labeling for further detail.
