Indications / Uses

DAFLON 1000 is used for the relief of venous circulation disorders, such as swollen, painful, or heavy legs, and functional symptoms related to acute hemorrhoidal attack. This product promotes venous tone and strengthens small blood vessel resistance, helping manage symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency and acute hemorrhoids. It is particularly beneficial for relieving discomfort and promoting circulation in the lower limbs.

Formulation / Ingredients DAFLON 1000 contains: Micronized Purified Flavonoid Fraction (equivalent to Diosmin 900mg + Hesperidin 100mg)

Side Effects

DAFLON 1000 common side effects include: diarrhea, nausea, dyspepsia, vomiting, abdominal pain, rash, urticaria, pruritus (itching), headache, and dizziness. Most side effects are mild and transient. Seek medical attention if persistent or severe reactions occur.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults: For venous insufficiency: 1 tablet daily, taken with meals.
  For acute hemorrhoidal attack: 3 tablets daily for the first 4 days, then 2 tablets daily for the next 3 days. Take at mealtimes.
• Kids & Adolescents: Safety and effectiveness have not been established; not recommended for children and adolescents.

Maximum daily dosage: 3 tablets. Not recommended for use in children under 18 years. Duration of treatment for acute hemorrhoids: 7 days. For continued symptoms, further evaluation may be necessary.

Contraindications

Contraindicated in cases of known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Use should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless clearly necessary, as safety data is limited.

Special Precautions
