Indications/Uses
For symptomatic relief of fever associated with common childhood infections. For the relief of minor pains eg, headache, toothache and earache.
Dosage/Direction for Use
To be inserted well up into the rectum 3-4 times a day.
125-mg Suppository: Children 6-12 years: 2 supp; 3-6 years: 1 supp; 1-3 years: ½ supp.
250-mg Suppository: Adults: 2 supp. Children 7-12 years: 1 supp; 3-6 years: ½ supp.

Contraindications
Nephropathy.
Special Precautions
Paracetamol should be given with care to patients with impaired kidney or liver function.

Alcohol, hepatic enzyme inducers and hepatotoxic agents.
