Indications / Uses

TUSERAN NIGHT Syrup 60mL is used for the relief of nighttime cough, nasal congestion, and upper respiratory symptoms associated with common colds and allergies. It combines an antihistamine for cough suppression and a decongestant for nasal obstruction. This formulation provides symptomatic relief while promoting restful sleep during respiratory illnesses.

Formulation / Ingredients
TUSERAN NIGHT Syrup 60mL contains: Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 12.5mg + Phenylpropanolamine Hydrochloride 12.5mg per 5mL.

Side Effects

TUSERAN NIGHT Syrup 60mL common side effects include: drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, and blurred vision. Some users may experience nervousness, restlessness, or mild gastrointestinal discomfort. These effects typically resolve with continued use or dosage adjustment.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults and Adolescents (12+ years): 10mL (2 teaspoonfuls) every 4-6 hours. Maximum: 40mL in 24 hours.
• Children (6-12 years): 5mL (1 teaspoonful) every 4-6 hours. Maximum: 20mL in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 6 years. Maximum treatment duration: 7 days. Use measuring device provided.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any components. Severe hypertension, coronary artery disease, or MAOI use within 14 days. Angle-closure glaucoma or urinary retention.

Special Precautions

• Avoid alcohol or other CNS depressants during treatment
• Use cautiously in patients with asthma or thyroid disorders
• May cause drowsiness - avoid driving or operating machinery

Is it safe to take it with other medications?

Avoid MAO inhibitors, sedatives, or other cough/cold products. May interact with blood pressure medications. Always disclose current medications before use.

How should I store it?

Store below 30°C in original container. Keep tightly closed and away from light. Discard 1 month after opening.
