What are the side-effects of SOLMUX Carbocisteine 500mg Capsule?
Carbocisteine can lead to side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach discomfort.
Certain side effects may require urgent medical attention. Notify your doctor promptly if you encounter any of the following:
- Fainting or passing out, along with stools that are bloody or as dark as tar, and vomiting blood or material resembling ground coffee
- Development of rashes, difficulty breathing, or swelling of the face, eyes, or mouth
- Appearance of rashes accompanied by skin peeling or blistering of the lips, mouth, or eyes, along with fever

Dosage / Direction for Use of SOLMUX Carbocisteine 500mg Capsule
Take Carbocisteine exactly as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the label. Avoid taking more or less than prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist.
You can take carbocisteine with or without food. Swallow capsules whole.
Dosage:
Adult & Children over 12 yrs old: one 500mg capsule every 8 hour.

Contraindications
