Side Effects
SINUPRET Dragee common side effects include: gastrointestinal disorders such as stomach pain, nausea, and bloating. In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions may occur, including skin rash, redness, itching, or swelling of the face. If severe allergic reactions develop, discontinue use immediately.
Directions and Dosage
- Adults (18+ years): 2 dragees 3 times daily. Do not exceed 6 dragees in 24 hours.
- Adolescents 12–17 years: 2 dragees 3 times daily. Do not exceed 6 dragees in 24 hours.
- Kids 6–11 years: 1 dragee 3 times daily. Do not exceed 3 dragees in 24 hours.
Not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Maximum treatment duration: 7 to 14 days unless otherwise specified. Tablets should be swallowed whole with some liquid.
Contraindications
Avoid use if there is a known hypersensitivity to any of the active herbal components. Not suitable for individuals with gastroduodenal ulcers or inflammatory bowel conditions.
Special Precautions
- Exercise caution if symptoms persist for more than 7–14 days or worsen during treatment.
- Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance or glucose-galactose malabsorption should be aware of the sugar content.
Is it safe to take it with other medications?
Concurrent use with antibacterial agents is possible and often beneficial. No clinically significant interactions with other medicinal products have been reported to date.
