Indications / Uses

PLEMEX FORTE Lagundi Capsule is used for the relief of cough due to common colds, flu, mild to moderate bronchitis, and other respiratory tract infections. It helps reduce airway inflammation, loosen phlegm, and ease breathing difficulties associated with these conditions.

PLEMEX FORTE Lagundi Capsule contains: Vitex Negundo L. (Lagundi Leaf) 600mg.

Side Effects

PLEMEX FORTE Lagundi Capsule common side effects include: mild stomach discomfort or nausea in sensitive individuals. Allergic reactions such as skin rash or itching may rarely occur, particularly in those with known hypersensitivity to Lagundi or related plants.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults and adolescents (12+ years): 1 capsule twice daily. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours.
• Children 6–11 years: 1 capsule once daily. Do not exceed 1 capsule in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 6 years. Maximum treatment duration: 7 days unless otherwise directed.

Contraindications

Avoid if hypersensitive to Lagundi or related plants. Not recommended for patients with severe liver impairment or history of allergic reactions to herbal products.

Special Precautions

• Discontinue use if persistent gastrointestinal discomfort occurs.
• Monitor for signs of allergic reactions during initial use.
