LAGUNDEX Lagundi 600mg Tablet is used for relieving symptoms of cough, asthma, and other respiratory conditions. It helps alleviate bronchospasm and acts as an expectorant to loosen phlegm. This herbal formulation provides relief from persistent cough and supports respiratory comfort during seasonal changes.

Side Effects

LAGUNDEX Lagundi 600mg Tablet common side effects include: mild gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea or stomach upset. Some individuals may experience drowsiness or dizziness. Allergic reactions are rare but may manifest as skin rashes or itching in sensitive individuals.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults and adolescents (12+ years): 1 tablet 3-4 times daily. Maximum daily dosage: 4 tablets.
• Children (7-11 years): ½ tablet 3 times daily. Maximum daily dosage: 2 tablets.

Not recommended for children below 7 years. Maximum treatment duration: 7 consecutive days unless otherwise directed.

Contraindications

Do not use with known hypersensitivity to Lagundi (Vitex negundo) or related plants. Avoid in patients with severe liver impairment. Contraindicated if previous allergic reactions to herbal formulations occurred.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Safety during pregnancy not established. Avoid use unless potential benefits justify risks. Excretion in breast milk unknown - discontinue breastfeeding during treatment.
