4Drycof Guaifenesin Syrup is used for relieving cough with thick mucus in respiratory conditions such as bronchitis, sinusitis, or the common cold. It works by thinning and loosening phlegm in the airways, making it easier to cough up.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults and adolescents (12+ years): 10-20ml (200-400mg guaifenesin) every 4 hours. Do not exceed 120ml (2400mg) daily.
• Kids 6–12 years: 5-10ml (100-200mg) every 4 hours. Maximum daily dose: 60ml.

Not recommended for children under 6 without medical advice. Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a healthcare provider.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to guaifenesin or any component of the formulation. Avoid use in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
