Cetirizine 10mg Tablet provide relief from symptoms associated with hay fever and various allergies (such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose), as well as skin rashes like chronic nettle rash and idiopathic urticaria, in individuals aged 6 years and older.
 

What are the side-effects of CETICIT Cetirizine 10mg Tablet?

Allergic reactions, which can range from mild to severe, including angioedema (a serious allergic reaction causing swelling of the face or throat), may occur either shortly after initial medication intake or at a later time.
Frequent side effects, potentially affecting up to 1 in 10 patients:
  • Sleepiness (sleepiness)
  • Dizziness and headaches
  • Gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea, nausea, and dry mouth
  • Fatigue
  • Pharyngitis and cold-like symptoms in children.

Dosage / Direction for Use of CETICIT Cetirizine 10mg Tablet

For adults, elderly patients, and children aged 12 years and older: the recommended dosage is 10 mg once daily, administered as one tablet daily. Children between 6 and 12 years old: should take half a tablet twice daily.
 
The tablets should be swallowed with water. Do not take more than one tablet each day.
 
This medication is not suitable for children under 6 years old. For those with severe kidney problems or concurrent liver and kidney issues, consulting a doctor or pharmacist for potential dose adjustments is recommended.
 

Contraindications

Dosage / Direksyon sa Paggamit ng CETICIT Cetirizine 10mg Tablet

Para sa mga nakatatanda, at mga bata na may gulang na 12 taon pataas: ang inirerekomendang dosage ay 10 mg isang beses sa isang araw, inumin ang isang tableta bawat araw. Ang mga bata na may edad na 6 hanggang 12 taon: dapat kumuha ng kalahating tableta dalawang beses sa isang araw.
 
Ang mga tabletang ito ay dapat lamang lunukin kasama ng tubig. Huwag kumuha ng higit sa isang tablet bawat araw.
 
Ang gamot na ito ay hindi angkop sa mga bata na may edad na 6 taon pababa. Para sa mga taong may malubhang problema sa bato o mga problema sa atay at bato, ang pagkonsulta sa isang doktor o parmasyutiko para sa posibleng pag-a-adjust ng dosis ay inirerekomenda.
 

Kontraindikasyon

Mga pasyenteng may katamtamang kahinaan sa bato.
