Directions and Dosage

• Adults (18+ years): 1 softgel capsule daily.
• Adolescents (12–18 years): 1 softgel capsule daily or as required based on Vitamin D status.

Maximum daily dosage: 4000 IU unless otherwise directed for medical therapy. Age restriction: Generally recommended for 12 years and older. Duration of treatment: Can be taken daily for maintenance of bone health.

Contraindications
