Description

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is used to prevent or treat low levels of vitamin C in people who do not get enough of the vitamin from their diets.

Indication

Prevention and treatment of Vitamin C for normal development and maintenance of the immune system.

Dosage & Administration

  • 2-6 years old 5mL or (1 teaspoonful)

  • 7-12 years old 10mL or (2 teaspoonfuls)

  • Once a day for supplementation. Two to four times a day for therapeutic use, or as prescribed by the physician.
