Side Effects

KIDIMEED C PLUS Ascorbic Acid with Zinc for Kids common side effects include: mild gastrointestinal issues such as nausea, vomiting, a burning sensation in the chest (heartburn), and stomach discomfort, particularly when the syrup is administered on an empty stomach. These effects are usually mild and temporary. Extremely high and prolonged intake of the components may also be associated with a risk of kidney stone formation or symptoms like fatigue, flushing, or trouble sleeping.

Directions and Dosage

For routine daily nutritional supplementation, the following amounts are generally recommended once a day:

• Dosage for Kids 1 - 3 years old: 2.5 mL (½ teaspoonful) daily.
• Dosage for Kids 4 - 8 years old: 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) daily.
• Dosage for Kids 9 - 13 years old: 5 to 10 mL (1 to 2 teaspoonfuls) daily.

For therapeutic use, a higher amount may be taken 2 to 4 times a day. Do not exceed the maximum daily amount. Not recommended for infants under 1 year old for this preparation strength.

Contraindications
