Side Effects
NEUROBASE Vitamin B Complex common side effects include: mild digestive complaints such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. Directions and Dosage
- Adults (18+ years): 1 capsule daily. In severe cases, 2 capsules daily may be taken. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours.
- Adolescents (12–17 years): 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed 1 capsule in 24 hours.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Maximum treatment duration for intensive supplementation is 30 days unless otherwise specified for chronic maintenance.
Contraindications
Prohibited for use by individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the B-vitamins or any excipients in the capsule. It is contraindicated in patients with Leber's disease or hereditary optic nerve atrophy and those with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction.

- Avoid long-term administration of high doses to prevent potential neurotoxicity.
- May cause a harmless yellow discoloration of the urine due to vitamin excretion.
- Caution is required in patients with pre-existing conditions like peptic ulcer or high uric acid levels.
Is it safe to take it with other medications?
The efficacy may be compromised if taken with levodopa used for Parkinson's disease. Substances such as loop diuretics and certain antituberculosis agents can significantly reduce the levels of these vitamins in the system.
