APPECZIN Buclizine Vitamins is used for the enhancement of appetite, supporting healthy weight gain, and providing nutritional support for growth and development. The combination of buclizine hydrochloride, B-complex vitamins, and iron helps to improve energy and restore general vitality, particularly in cases of insufficient dietary intake or increased nutritional needs. It also helps in the prevention and treatment of deficiencies of the included B-vitamins and iron.

APPECZIN Buclizine Vitamins contains: Buclizine Hydrochloride 25mg + Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1) 10mg + Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.8mg + Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) 20mg + Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 5mg + Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 10mcg + Ferrous Sulfate, Dried (equivalent to 25mg elemental Iron) 76.06mg

Side Effects

APPECZIN Buclizine Vitamins common side effects include mild drowsiness and dulling of mental alertness, especially at the start of use, which often decreases after a few days of continuous treatment. Gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or diarrhea may occur due to the iron content. The iron component may also cause stools to become dark or black. High doses of one of the B vitamins taken for a long period may rarely cause nerve-related issues.

Directions and Dosage

• Dosage for Adults and Adolescents (12+ years): 1 capsule daily.

The maximum daily dosage is 1 capsule per 24 hours. This product is typically not recommended for children under 12 years old. Should be taken with food to minimize the possibility of gastrointestinal upset from the iron component. Duration of use depends on the nutritional needs.

Contraindications

This product is not suitable for individuals with a known sensitivity to any of the ingredients. Due to one of the components, it is not recommended for people with conditions like narrow-angle glaucoma, peptic ulcer with narrowing, or obstruction in the stomach or bladder neck, including urinary retention.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Use of this product is not advised for individuals who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

Is it safe to take it with other medications?

One of the mineral components can decrease the body’s absorption of certain antibiotics, so these two types of products should not be taken within two hours of each other. Certain medicines can also reduce the absorption of the mineral component. The product may enhance the effect of sedating substances like alcohol or other products that cause drowsiness.

Keep the capsules stored at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Protect the product from light and moisture and store it away from the reach of children.
