Side Effects
HEMAFER-F Iron + Folic Acid common side effects include: gastrointestinal disturbances such as constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, stomach upset, nausea, and vomiting. A change in the color of stools to a darker shade is also commonly observed. Rarely, individuals may experience allergic reactions, including a skin rash, itching, or redness.
