CHERIFER PGM Capsule contains: Zinc sulfate monohydrate XXmg + Vitamin B12 XXXmcg + Pyridoxine hydrochloride XXmg + Ferrous fumarate XXXmg + Folic acid XXXmcg + Cholecalciferol XXXIU + Additional active ingredients with exact amounts.

Side Effects

CHERIFER PGM Capsule common side effects include: gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea or constipation, which typically resolve with continued use. Less frequently, some individuals may experience temporary stool discoloration or mild allergic reactions. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if persistent or severe reactions occur.

Directions and Dosage

• Children 4-6 years: 1 capsule daily with meals
• Children 7-12 years: 1 capsule twice daily with meals
• Adolescents 13-18 years: 1 capsule 2-3 times daily with meals

Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 4 years without medical supervision. Take consistently for at least 30-60 days for optimal nutritional support.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component. Hemochromatosis or iron overload disorders. Concomitant use with other iron-containing supplements.

Special Precautions
