PRODIX Mupirocin Ointment is used for treating bacterial skin infections such as impetigo, folliculitis, and small wounds. It helps eliminate common pathogens like  Staphylococcus aureus  and  Streptococcus pyogenes . This topical formulation is also effective against methicillin-resistant  S. aureus  (MRSA) in minor cuts and abrasions.
