Salbutamol is a selective β2 adrenergic receptor agonist giving efficient bronchodilation. The negligible cardiac stimulation from Salbutamol offers considerable therapeutic advantage.
Bromhexine Hydrochloride decreases the viscosity of sputum and increases mucociliary clearance. This helps in various respiratory conditions.
Guaifenesin helps loosen and clear the bronchial passages of thickened mucus and aids expectoration.
Menthol gives soothing relief to the irritated and inflammed respiratory mucosa.
