Side Effects

Directions and Dosage
- Adults and adolescents (12+ years): 1 nebule (2.5mL) via nebulizer every 6-8 hours. Maximum: 4 doses in 24 hours.
- Children (6-11 years): 1 nebule (2.5mL) every 6-8 hours. Maximum: 3 doses in 24 hours.
Not recommended for children under 6 years. Maximum treatment duration: Continuous use only under medical supervision.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to atropine derivatives or sympathomimetics. Avoid in tachyarrhythmias, severe cardiac disease, or hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. Contraindicated in untreated angle-closure glaucoma and bladder neck obstruction.

- Avoid contact with eyes to prevent pupil dilation or glaucoma
Is it safe to take it with other medications?
