ORFAGEN Orphenadrine Citrate Paracetamol common side effects include: dry mouth, drowsiness, dizziness, and blurred vision. Some users may experience gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea or constipation. These effects are typically mild and temporary, often diminishing as treatment continues with proper administration.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults (18+ years): 1 tablet 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours.
• Elderly (65+ years): 1 tablet once or twice daily. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 18 years. Maximum treatment duration: 7-10 days unless otherwise directed. Take with food to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation. Glaucoma, gastrointestinal obstruction, prostate enlargement, or myasthenia gravis. Severe liver impairment or active liver disease.
