It can also be utilized for central neural techniques like lumbar and caudal epidural blocks to temporarily prevent the sensation of pain. This product works by stabilizing the neuronal membrane to inhibit the initiation and conduction of nerve impulses.

Side Effects
EUROCAINE Lidocaine for Injection common side effects include: reactions at the injection site such as pain or temporary numbness, feeling sick, vomiting, or drowsiness. In rare instances, particularly with high blood levels from excessive dosing or accidental intravenous injection, more severe effects may occur such as nervousness, dizziness, changes in heart rhythm and speed, or mood alterations. Directions and Dosage
- Adults (18+ years): The total administered amount should not exceed 200 mg in a single procedure. The maximum dosage based on body weight is 3 mg per kg.
- Adolescents and Kids: Lower dosages are necessary and must be adjusted according to age and general physical condition. The total administered amount should not exceed 3 to 5 mg per kg of body weight.
This product should only be used by trained individuals. Use is generally not advised for certain procedures, such as epidural or intravenous regional blocks, in children.
Contraindications
The use of this product is strictly avoided for individuals with a known history of allergy or hypersensitivity to any local anesthetics of the amide type or any of the inactive ingredients in the solution.
Special Precautions
