Side Effects

GASAIDE Dicycloverine 10mg common side effects include: anticholinergic effects such as extreme dryness of the mouth, blurred or disturbed vision, and a tendency toward constipation. Central nervous system effects are also frequent, including feelings of lightheadedness, dizziness, and mild nervousness. Less common but notable reactions can involve difficulty passing urine or increased discomfort in the abdominal region due to reduced gut movement.

Directions and Dosage

• Dosage for Adults & Adolescents (12+ years): 10 mg to 20 mg, taken 3 to 4 times per day.

Not recommended for infants or children under 12 years of age. Do not exceed 80 mg (8 capsules) in 24 hours. Treatment duration is determined by the severity and duration of the condition being managed.

Contraindications

This preparation is contraindicated in individuals with certain eye conditions, specifically narrow-angle glaucoma. It should also be avoided in cases of severe inflammatory bowel disease, obstruction in the urinary tract, or blockage of the digestive system.
