Indications / Uses

DALAFIL Tadalafil 20mg is used for treating erectile dysfunction in adult males and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. It improves blood flow to the genital area to facilitate erections when sexually stimulated. The medication also relieves urinary symptoms associated with enlarged prostate, including difficulty urinating and frequent urination.

Side Effects

DALAFIL Tadalafil 20mg common side effects include: headaches, facial flushing, nasal congestion, and indigestion. Less frequently reported effects include back pain, muscle aches, and dizziness. Seek immediate attention if experiencing sudden vision loss or prolonged erections lasting over 4 hours.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults (18+ years): 1 tablet taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. Maximum dosage: 20mg per 24 hours.

Not recommended for children, adolescents under 18, or women. Maximum treatment duration: Continuous use only under medical supervision. Avoid taking more than 1 dose daily.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any components. Concomitant use with nitrates or guanylate cyclase stimulators. Severe cardiovascular disorders including recent myocardial infarction, stroke, or life-threatening arrhythmias. Uncontrolled hypertension or hypotension.

Special Precautions

• Use caution in patients with cardiovascular risk factors or anatomical penile deformities
• Discontinue if sudden vision loss occurs
• Limit alcohol consumption during treatment

Is it safe to take it with other medications?

Avoid combining with nitrates due to risk of severe hypotension. Use caution with alpha-blockers and antihypertensives which may amplify blood pressure reduction. Interactions possible with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors like ketoconazole.

Store below 30°C in original packaging. Protect from light and moisture. Keep tablets in blister packs until use.
