Special Precautions
- Use with caution in individuals who have left ventricular valvular or outflow tract obstruction, such as aortic stenosis or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
- Patients with impaired kidney function or those with severe heart failure may experience changes in kidney function, especially when therapy is initiated.
- Patients who are volume-depleted, such as those on high-dose diuretics or with dietary salt restriction, may be at higher risk for low blood pressure.
- Monitoring of kidney function and serum potassium levels is important during treatment.
Is it safe to take it with other medications?
Concomitant use with potassium supplements, potassium-sparing salts, or other drugs that increase potassium levels should be avoided or closely monitored, as this can lead to high potassium levels in the blood. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may reduce the blood pressure-lowering effect and can potentially worsen kidney function. Combining with certain other blood pressure medications may increase the risk of side effects like low blood pressure.
How should I store it?
Store the product at room temperature, ideally between 20°C to 25°C. Keep it in a dry place, protected from moisture and direct heat.
