Description

Indications / Uses

ENTRESTO Sacubitril - Valsartan 100mg is used for the treatment of symptomatic chronic heart failure in adult patients with reduced ejection fraction to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization. It is also indicated for the treatment of symptomatic heart failure in pediatric patients aged 1 year and older. This combination therapy works by enhancing the protective neurohormonal systems of the heart while simultaneously inhibiting the harmful effects of the overactive renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system.

Formulation / Ingredients

ENTRESTO Sacubitril - Valsartan 100mg contains: Sacubitril 48.6mg + Valsartan 51.4mg
