FAKTU Suppository is used for treating hemorrhoids and anal fissures by providing local analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. FAKTU Suppository contains: Policresulen 100mg + Cinchocaine hydrochloride 2.5mg per suppository.

Side Effects

FAKTU Suppository common side effects include: temporary burning or stinging sensation at application site, and local skin irritation. Allergic reactions like rash or itching may occur in sensitive individuals. Discontinue if severe mucosal irritation or hypersensitivity develops.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults (18+ years): Insert 1 suppository rectally twice daily. Do not exceed 2 suppositories in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 12 years. Wash hands before and after application. Continue for 5-7 days unless symptoms persist. Avoid exceeding 10 days of continuous use.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics or cresol derivatives. Avoid with active rectal bleeding, ulcerative colitis, or severe mucosal damage.
