Directions and Dosage
- Adults & Adolescents (12+ years): 1 tablet twice daily

Contraindications
Do not use with known hypersensitivity to sulfonamides or trimethoprim. Avoid in patients with severe liver impairment, blood disorders, or megaloblastic anemia due to folate deficiency.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
Contraindicated during pregnancy, especially near term. Avoid during lactation as it may cause kernicterus in newborns.
