Contraindications
Avoid use in individuals with known hypersensitivity to the compound or to any related fluoroquinolone products. It is strictly prohibited for patients taking tizanidine, as this combination can lead to dangerously low blood pressure and sedation.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
Due to the risk of affecting developing cartilage and joints, this compound is not recommended during gestation. Since the active substance is secreted into maternal milk, alternative feeding is necessary while undergoing treatment.
Special Precautions
- Discontinue immediately if signs of tendon inflammation or pain occur due to the risk of rupture.
- Use with caution in individuals with conditions that predispose to seizures or those with reduced kidney function.
- Minimize exposure to strong natural or artificial light during treatment to avoid severe skin reactions.
- Exercise care in individuals with known heart rhythm irregularities.
Is it safe to take it with other medications?
Co-administration with blood thinning agents may increase the risk of bleeding, requiring close monitoring. Products containing magnesium, aluminum, iron, or zinc can significantly impair the absorption of the compound, so separation of intake times is crucial. Avoid combination with a certain muscle relaxant as it can cause a severe drop in blood pressure.

Store the product in its original packaging at room temperature, not above 30°C. Keep it protected from light and ensure it remains in a dry environment.
