Benadryl AH Diphenhydramine 50mg is used for relieving allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes caused by hay fever or common colds. It also helps manage occasional sleeplessness by promoting drowsiness and provides temporary relief from cough due to minor throat irritation.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults and adolescents (12+ years): 1 capsule every 4-6 hours. Maximum: 3 capsules in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 12 years. Maximum treatment duration: 7 days unless directed otherwise. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to antihistamines, narrow-angle glaucoma, severe urinary retention, gastrointestinal obstruction. Avoid with MAO inhibitors within 14 days.
