Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

To participate in the referral program, you must be a registered customer on the MedsGo platform.You may only refer individuals who have not previously registered with MedsGo.

How It Works

• Share Your Referral Link: Registered customers ("Customer 1") can access their unique referral link within their account.
• New Customer Registration: When a new customer ("Customer 2") registers using a referral link, they will immediately receive 50 points to use on their first order.
• Earn Points for Referring: Customer 1 will receive 50 points for each new customer's first order that meets the following conditions:
  • The order value is above 500 PHP.
  • The order has reached a "Complete" status.
• Point Redemption: Points can be redeemed for discounts on product purchases, excluding delivery fees.
• Point Value and Reward:
  • 1 reward point is equivalent to 1 PHP.
  • The current reward for both Customer 1 and Customer 2 is 50 points per eligible order.

Additional Terms

• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• Points expire 12 months after being awarded.
• MedsGo reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Any abuse of the referral program may result in the forfeiture of points and/or account suspension.
