Tracking your parcel

1. Customers may check their order update via email and scroll down to see the hyperlinked tracking number under the Shipping information section.

2. If the hyperlink is not working, simply copy the tracking number. Open a browser and look for the designated courier’s parcel tracker website. Paste the tracking number to see the parcel’s information.

3. Alternatively, our valued customers can send a message to the assigned pharmacy branch to inquire about their order/parcel status.

Parcel Status

In transit

The parcel has been picked up from the pharmacy and is currently being shipped. Unseen shipment delays may occur.

Out for delivery

The parcel has an assigned sprinter and is out to deliver the parcel. Expect to be contacted within the day.

Problematic register

The sprinter is trying to contact the customer, but the customer’s line is unreachable. To report a false delivery attempt, please contact the assigned pharmacy branch for assistance.

Return register/Courier Exchange

The parcel was already tagged as rejected or unclaimed and is now bound to return to our store. This is irreversible, but customers may contact the assigned branch for a redelivery request. Additional charges may apply.

Cash On Delivery

If a customer encountered an error during their online transaction, our staff will offer Cash On Delivery service for the order. The customer has the right to accept this offer if not preferred.

To report incorrect C.O.D. amount, incorrect shipping method, and incorrect delivery address, please contact the assigned pharmacy branch for quick assistance.
