NOVAKAST-5 Montelukast 5mg is used for the long-term management and prevention of chronic asthma in adults and pediatric patients. It is also indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with both seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion. Furthermore, this medication helps in preventing exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (EIB). This tablet reduces inflammation and swelling in the airways and nose to help make breathing easier.
