MELOZAR 125 Losartan / Hydrochlorothiazide 100 / 25 is used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) in patients for whom combination therapy is considered appropriate. This fixed-dose combination is also used to reduce the risk of stroke in patients who have high blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy (enlargement of the heart muscle).
