Purpose of Data Collection:

Your information will solely be utilized for the following purposes:

1. Facilitating the telemedicine services, including consultation;
2. Maintaining and improving our platform, services, and user experience;
3. Processing transactions, issuing billings, managing your account;
4. Complying with legal obligations as may be required by regulatory authorities;
5. Communicating with you regarding your account, our services, and any updates or promotions.

Your information may be retained for future reference in the event of subsequent transactions within this service.

2. Rectify any inaccuracies or incompleteness in your personal data.

Data Retention

All Personal Information is retained for as long as you use our website and avail of our services. However, if your account has become idle or inactive for a period of ____, we will proceed to deactivate your account and delete all your Personal Information as if you have opted out of this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Any third party who manages our Personal Information is also required to ensure that the Personal Information is disposed of in accordance with the retention period as may be agreed in their respective engagement contract(s).
