Indications/Uses
Adjunct for the prevention & treatment of wound sepsis in patients w/ 2nd & 3rd degree burns.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply once-bid to the burned area approx 1/16 inch.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to sulfonamides. At term pregnancy, premature infants, newborn infants during 1st 2 mth of life.
Special Precautions
Impaired hepatic & renal functions. G6PD deficiency.
Adverse Reactions
Skin reactions eg, rashes, burning sensation. Leukopenia.
