Directions and Dosage

• Adults (18+ years): 1 capsule 2 times daily.
• Adolescents (13–17 years): 1 capsule 2 times daily.

Maximum daily dosage: 2 capsules. Results are usually visible within 2 weeks, though continuous use for 8 to 12 weeks is recommended for optimum effect. Not recommended for children under 13 years old.

Contraindications

This product should not be used by individuals with a known hypersensitivity to cow's milk or any of the active ingredients in the formulation. It is also not suitable for those with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance or severe malabsorption syndromes.
