Depotrust Medroxyprogesterone is used for:  Contraception:  Depotrust Medroxyprogesterone is a highly effective long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARC). It prevents pregnancy by preventing the release of an egg from the ovary (ovulation).  Endometriosis:  It can help manage the symptoms of endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus.  Abnormal uterine bleeding:  Depotrust Medroxyprogesterone can be used to treat abnormal uterine bleeding, such as heavy or irregular menstrual periods.  Certain types of uterine cancer:  It may be used to treat certain types of uterine cancer.
