AROFLO-125 Salmeterol / Fluticasone 25 / 125 Inhaler is used for the regular treatment of asthma in adults and adolescents when a combination of a long-acting bronchodilator and an inhaled corticosteroid is necessary for disease management. It is also indicated for the symptomatic management of moderate to severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) to improve breathing and reduce flare-ups. The dual action of the ingredients reduces inflammation and relaxes the muscles in the airways, promoting better airflow. However, this product is intended for maintenance therapy and should not be used for immediate relief of sudden, acute breathing difficulties.
