AndroGel Testosterone is used for testosterone replacement therapy in adult males. It is indicated for the following conditions: Primary hypogonadism: when the testicles do not produce enough testosterone. Secondary hypogonadism: when the pituitary gland does not produce enough luteinizing hormone (LH), which stimulates the testicles to produce testosterone.
