Formulation / Ingredients

Optein contains: Vitamin C 60mg + Vitamin E 10mg + Zinc 5mg + Lutein 6mg + Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry Extract)

Side Effects

Optein common side effects include: mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as constipation, a feeling of upset stomach, or minor diarrhea, which are usually temporary. In rare cases, high intake of carotenoid-based supplements may lead to a harmless condition called carotenemia, which manifests as a noticeable yellowing of the skin. This cosmetic effect is reversible upon discontinuation of the supplement.

Directions and Dosage

• Dosage for Adults (18+ years): 1 capsule daily.

Not recommended for individuals under 18 years. Do not exceed 1 capsule in 24 hours.
