Directions and Dosage
For routine daily nutritional supplementation, the following amounts are generally recommended once a day:
- Dosage for Kids 1 - 3 years old: 2.5 mL (½ teaspoonful) daily.
- Dosage for Kids 4 - 8 years old: 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) daily.
