Side Effects

PHAREX B-Complex common side effects include: mild gastrointestinal upset, nausea, or abdominal cramping. In some cases, individuals may experience skin rashes, itching, or a feeling of swelling throughout the body. High doses taken for extended periods may rarely lead to sensory nerve damage or peripheral neuropathy symptoms, which typically resolve upon stopping the supplement.

Directions and Dosage

  • Adults (18+ years): 1 to 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours.
  • Adolescents (12–17 years): 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed 1 tablet in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Maximum treatment duration: 30 days for continuous use unless otherwise directed for chronic deficiency management.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the B-vitamins or any component of the formulation. Not suitable for individuals with Leber’s disease or hereditary optic nerve atrophy.

Is it safe to take it with other medications?

The ingredient Vitamin B6 may decrease the effectiveness of levodopa. Absorption of Vitamin B12 may be reduced by certain medications like neomycin, colchicine, or aminosalicylic acid.
