AMCOVIT-B FORTE Vitamin B Complex is used for the prevention and treatment of deficiencies in B1, B6, and B12 vitamins. These neurotropic B vitamins are vital for maintaining the healthy function of the nervous system, assisting in energy conversion for nerve cells, and supporting nerve fiber regeneration. This combination is particularly beneficial as an adjunctive treatment for various painful neurological conditions such as neuritis, neuralgia, and sciatica, which are often accompanied by symptoms like numbness and tingling sensations.

AMCOVIT-B FORTE Vitamin B Complex contains: Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1) 300mg + Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 100mg + Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 100mcg

Side Effects

AMCOVIT-B FORTE Vitamin B Complex common side effects include gastrointestinal issues such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, and diarrhea, though the product is generally well tolerated. Rare, high doses of one of the ingredients (B6) taken over an extended period may potentially cause a specific type of nerve disorder. If excessive thirst, blurry vision, increased urination, or skin flushing occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Directions and Dosage

• Dosage for Adults and Adolescents (12+ years) for Deficiency Prevention: 1 capsule daily.
• Dosage for Adults and Adolescents (12+ years) for Therapeutic Use: 2–4 capsules daily until acute symptoms diminish.

Chronic conditions may necessitate prolonged use. The capsules can be taken with or without food. Maximum daily dosage is generally 4 capsules for therapeutic use, unless symptoms require continuation.

Contraindications

The use of this product is not advised for individuals who have a known sensitivity to any of the components in the formulation. It is also not recommended for those with certain conditions like Leber's disease or megaloblastic anemia secondary to isolated folic acid deficiency.

Special Precautions
