Side Effects
SANGOBION IRON PLUS common side effects include: gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, constipation, or diarrhea. Directions and Dosage
- Adults (18+ years): 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 12 years old. Maximum treatment duration: Continuous use for more than 6 months should be monitored for iron overload levels.
Contraindications
Do not use if you have conditions involving iron overload, such as hemochromatosis or hemosiderosis. It is also unsuitable for those with hemolytic anemia unless an iron deficiency is also present.
Special Precautions
- Excessive iron intake can be toxic and lead to organ damage in predisposed individuals.
- Absorption may be decreased in patients with chronic inflammatory conditions or gastric disorders.

Is it safe to take it with other medications?
