Indications/Uses
It is indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies during pregnancy and lactation.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Take 1 tablet daily or as prescribed by a physician.
Missed Dose: Take the missed dose as soon as the patient remembers and continue the regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one.

Overdosage
Signs and symptoms of overdose may include: diarrhea, nausea, constipation, abdominal discomfort, excessive supply of vitamin A (hyper-vitaminosis A) and D (hyper-vitaminosis D).
In case of accidental overdose or at the first sign of any adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek professional assistance immediately.

Administration
May be taken with or without food: May be taken w/ meals for better absorption.
Contraindications
This product is contraindicated in patients who are allergic (hypersensitive) to its active ingredients listed under Description.
Special Precautions
Do not exceed recommended daily dose/amount.
Product contains iron which could be harmful to children if taken in large doses.
If the patients is taking other vitamin supplement, which may also contain Vitamin A, make sure to read the label to ensure that the patient do not exceed the upper tolerable intake levels of 3000 mcg RE (retinol equivalent)/day. Excessive amount of Vitamin A during pregnancy may be harmful.

Adverse Reactions
Common side effects of this medication include gastrointestinal irritation including nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, heartburn, and reflux. Additional side effects due to the presence of the folic acid may include sensorial changes and sleep disturbances.
