Side Effects

Centrum Advance common side effects include: gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, constipation, or diarrhea, particularly when taken without food. Less frequently, temporary urine discoloration may occur due to B-vitamin content. Allergic reactions including rash or itching are rare but possible in sensitive individuals.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults (18+ years): 1 tablet daily with food. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
