IRONVIT Vitamins with Iron contains: Ferrous Fumarate 320 mg + Sodium Ascorbate 500 mg + dl-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate 30 IU + Thiamine Mononitrate 10 mg + Riboflavin 10 mg + Pyridoxine 5 mg + Cyanocobalamin 50 mcg + Nicotinamide 30 mg

Side Effects

IRONVIT Vitamins with Iron common side effects include gastrointestinal discomfort, such as mild stomach upset, nausea, or vomiting. Changes in bowel movements, like constipation or diarrhea, may also occur. A harmless darkening of the stool is frequently noted due to the iron content, which is a normal occurrence. These effects are usually temporary as the body adjusts to the iron supplement. In rare instances, higher intake of B vitamins may sometimes lead to changes in urine color, which is also generally not harmful.

Directions and Dosage

• Dosage for Adults (18+ years): 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed 1 capsule in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 18 years without specialized administration.
